Ingrid Hill serves as Johnson Law Firm’s Operations Manager and Billing Specialist, playing a vital role in keeping the firm running efficiently behind the scenes. From overseeing day-to-day operations to managing the firm’s billing processes, Ingrid helps ensure both our team and our clients receive the exceptional support they deserve. Her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence allow our attorneys to focus on what matters most—helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges.

Ingrid joined Johnson Law Firm in the spring of 2024, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in office administration, operations, customer service, and luxury hospitality. Originally from Spokane, she returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2021 after spending 20 years in Hawaii, where she built a career centered on creating outstanding client experiences and managing complex operations with precision and professionalism.

Known for her calm demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and exceptional organizational skills, Ingrid is the person the team can count on to keep everything moving forward. Whether she is improving internal systems, supporting the firm’s financial operations, or finding ways to make processes more efficient, she approaches every task with integrity, accuracy, and a genuine desire to help both the team and our clients succeed.

Outside of the office, Ingrid enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and doting on her two beloved dogs, who are an important part of her life.
