Jackie Singleton serves as a Senior Paralegal at Johnson Law Firm, where she plays a key role in supporting our family law team and helping clients navigate some of the most personal and challenging moments of their lives.
With extensive experience in family law, Jackie brings strong case management, organization, and client communication skills to the firm. She works closely with our attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to help keep cases moving forward efficiently while ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the legal process.
In addition to managing complex family law matters, Jackie provides leadership and guidance within JLF’s paralegal team. She is committed to maintaining high standards, creating consistency in how our team serves clients, and helping develop systems that allow the firm to deliver a better overall client experience.
Jackie understands that behind every case is a family facing uncertainty, change, or a significant life transition. Her approach combines professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping clients move toward their next chapter.
Outside of the office, Jackie treasures spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies, who truly light up her life. That strong connection to family is also reflected in the care and compassion she brings to the families we serve every day.
