LaDeshia Parker is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience, blending a passion for people with strategic business insight. She is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, concentration in Human Resource Management and a minor in Information Systems Technology, she has had the opportunity to build a rewarding career in human resources. To further her expertise, she earned her MBA with a focus on Strategic Human Resource Management from Grand Canyon University, and she proudly holds a PHR certification with HRCI.

 

But beyond her professional journey, she is also a proud mom to an energetic daughter, who keeps her world full of joy and activity. Between ballet, tap, acro, swimming, and Girl Scouts, her days are packed with excitement, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. LaDeshia is also happily engaged to the love of her life, and together, they thrive on supporting their daughter’s passions and adventures.

While she has a strong foundation in the technical side of HR, her focus is always on the human side of things, building authentic relationships, fostering a positive culture, and helping others succeed.
