Receptionist Ariel Sandau joined Johnson Law Firm, P.C. in May of 2022.

She is experienced with legal records as well as having an extensive background in client and customer services.

Ariel is originally from Walla Walla, Washington, but moved briefly to Waitsburg to attend high school, where she graduated in 2018 as class Salutatorian while she was dual enrolled at Walla Walla Community College in her Senior year. After high school graduation, Ariel attended Walla Walla University from 2018-2019 as a student athlete. She then completed her education at Washington State University, graduating in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Ariel's education and prior work experience have provided her with skills ranging from maintaining litigation records and compiling reports, to creating and fostering relationships with clients.

Ariel's background includes law enforcement and military family, making her genuinely passionate about a career in law. Ariel's goal is to pursue a career in the legal field and is currently preparing for law school. In the meantime, she is enjoying learning more about the different areas of law she may want a career in by experiencing it firsthand at the Firm.

Ariel moved to Spokane in 2021 but would love to get back to the quiet and serenity of the Walla Walla Valley Blue Mountains someday. Ariel spends her free time as a dog mother to her fur-child, Monty, taking advantage of every sunny day together. When Ariel is not cuddling or playing with her fur-child, she also enjoys spending time tending to her many houseplants and Betta fish, as well as fishing and being lazy with her boyfriend when he is not in the field fighting wildfires.
